Meals & Drinks - Meals and an assortment of drinks are required for all musicians booked. Dietary requirements provided upon request. Note: Alex himself has no dietary requirements.

Feel free to request as many songs as you'd like from my songlist, and I'm open to playing a few requests from guests on the night, so don't hesitate to ask!

Payment Terms - 50% deposit required upon booking to lock in date. Upon payment you agree to T&C's. Remainder of fee to be paid no more than one month before event.

Load-in & Parking - Standard bump-in times are 60min before booking time commences. Please provide adequate load-in details & contact info of event organisers to ensure artists are able to enter and set up with ease. Parking permits and fees are to be provided and paid for by the client.

Equipment - Sound equipment, instruments and microphones all supplied by Alex and provided for all events in Victoria, Australia. *please note that 240v power must be supplied by client/venue. Wireless mic available for hire for MC/speeches for $50 fee unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation & Rescheduling - Under no circumstance is the deposit to be refunded due to event cancellation or change of mind, unless made after a 48hour ‘cooling off’ period of the booking time frame. If you decide to reschedule your event, the deposit is held to secure the new date, and a postponement fee of 20% of the total invoice amount is applied to the final balance. Rescheduled events are subject to availability.

Covid-19 Pandemic Policy - If you are unable to proceed with your event on your booked date due to government-imposed restrictions or health orders, we offer a fee-free postponement of your booking to your future wedding date. Under no circumstance will the deposit be refunded

In case of disaster and Alex is unable to fulfil his musical duties at your event due to illness or unexpected artistic opportunity, every effort will be made on his behalf to find a fully-endorsed replacement. If none can be found, a 80% refund will apply (remainder to cover admin fees).
